How Can I Become A Member?

As long as you are over the age of 19 and live in Canada, becoming a member is free and easy. Click on “LOGIN/REGISTER” and fill out your information. No credit card required!

Can I Order Outside of Canada?

We are currently only shipping within Canada.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 2-4 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.

Shipping fees are $15 for orders under $99(after discounts and before taxes). For orders over $99 (after discounts and before taxes), shipping is free.

Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Yukon, Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

Canada Post doesn’t accept or ship during a holiday and this will cause a slight delay with your shipment

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Package?

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your orderOrders will take 2-4 business days from the date shipped to arrive, in some cases it may take longer due to weather conditions and delays. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Currently, we only accept Interac E-mail transfer payments. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after the E-Transfer has been received.

How Do I Send an E-Transfer?

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders will take 2-4 business days from the date shipped to arrive, in some cases it may take longer due to weather conditions and other delays. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

We understand the need for discretion. All packages are discreet and smell proof. We double vacuum seal the bag to eliminate odours and to seal in the freshness. The bag is then placed in a discreet unmarked parcel so the appearance of the bag is well disguised.

What Happens If I Don't Receive My Package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, email us at [email protected] and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If Canada Post can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will receive it a few days later. In the event that it is unrecoverable or lost in transit, we will send you a replacement package, free of charge.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please contact live chat or email [email protected] with the order number you would like canceled.

If a customer has placed an order and completed interact e transfer but wants to add/change their order, simply contact us as soon as possible to avoid extra shipping costs.
